Tour Refund Policy

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. Call 207-404-4113.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours or if you are a no-show.

• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

• This experience requires good or at least fair weather. If it is canceled due to severe weather (at the sole discretion of Bar Harbor Ghost Tours), you'll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

• This refund policy applies to tours/experiences only. Any purchase made through our gift shop is subject to a return policy of 14 days.
